Kindergarten
"Wiggle, Wiggle, Worm"
(50-60 minutes - Outdoor preferred)
We venture into the classroom with today's most underrated teaching tool - WORMS!
Wiggles, wonder, and a little bit of soil!
In this playful, hands-on workshop, Kindergarten students meet real composting worms and discover the tiny underground world they call home. Through guided, sensory exploration, children observe how worms move, what they like to eat, and how they help turn food scraps into rich, healthy soil - all while practicing caring for living things.
A gentle, memorable first science adventure that leaves children saying, “Can we see the worms again?”
Keep the curiosity growing all year long by adding a Bin-O-Worms classroom worm bin to your workshop. This low-maintenance composting bin becomes a living science lab and eco-friendly class pet, allowing students to continue observing, feeding, and investigating worms long after the workshop ends.
