We venture into the classroom with today's most underrated teaching tool - WORMS!

Through this workshop, we provide a hands on introduction to worm composting.  Together, we make a worm bin, meet and learn about its residents and, well, play with and explore worms.

Worms for a Week

Price: 2 week rental $30.00

Instead of starting and maintaining a worm bin, educators can rent a functional vermicomposting bin for up to six weeks as a hands on educational tool.

The bin is fully functional on receipt and accompanied by a worm parenting manual or can be combined with a classroom workshop.

Delivery of bin with workshop or in Peterborough County otherwise, pick-up and drop off required.

Price: $40.00

Contains 250-300 red wiggler worms (approximately 1/4 lb) of every age and stage, with cocoons, in a microbe rich bedding to get the decomposition process started.
